Pre-announcement on 1 year overseas internship of H Mart (the USA’s largest Asian Market)

I. H Mart Outline
1) Asian Mart operates more than 50 stores in 11 different states with the largest distribution network in eastern state of USA.

2) Headquarter is located in New York, and branches and logistic centers are located in 11 different states. (New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Texas, California)

3)  1.2trillion won annual sales with more than 3,000 employees

Ⅱ. Overview of Recruitment
1) Subject of recruitment

  - Ajou University enrolled students, students on leave, deferred graduation students and students graduating within a year.

- Selected students can apply for blue semester while in the period of internship.

2) Number of recruitment: 20 people

3) Period of dispatch: 12 months (Sept. 2016 ~ Aug. 2017)

4) Job title: Secretary, HR, finance, marketing, design, IT, etc. *(refer to attachments)

5) Location: H mart headquarters in New York and regional logistics centers.

6) Period of recruitment and selection process: Details will be announced after the middle of Mar. 2016

Ⅲ. Working Conditions
1) Working Hours: 5 working days from 9am ~ 7pm (1 hour lunch time)

2) Payment: Approx. 2million won per month

3) Benefits: Provision of lunch and snacks / unpaid leave/ offering variety of cultural activates**

4) Free travel for 1 month after the completion of internship (Provision of US $700 Incentive)

5) 3 recruits (disadvantaged in employment group) will be selected from the 20 recruits to grant 5 million won per person for living expenses.
